Get more involved: the 2026 campaign and delegate training

We want more architectural workers active in the union, and there are two clear ways to start.

The first is our 2026 Fair Work campaign to lift pay rates for architects. We are putting the case to the Fair Work Commission that the Architects Award floor is too low, and we need members involved to make it land. Get in touch if you want to be part of it.

The second is delegate training, free to attend. It builds our organising skills so we can grow union power and make positive change for architectural workers. Sessions this year:

• NSW: 30 April and 1 May
• WA: 11 and 12 May
• SA: June, date to be confirmed
• ACT: 23 and 24 June
